The process

Using the Tradefacilitate service, traders are linked to their supply chain partners on a secure on-line location entering key information such as product details and shipping information just once. Through our service, importers can submit orders to suppliers; once an order is accepted, the invoice and all ensuing required documentation such as customs declarations, shipping instructions and forwarding instructions are automatically generated. As ensuing documentation is generated the relevant supply chain partners are notified. This allows importers, exporters, freight forwarders and carriers to view and update a shipment's trade, transport and finance data in real-time as required.
