The Tradefacilitate service is an EU validated secure,software as a service (SaaS) designed to allow companies, SME or MNC, and their supply chain partners, to trade nationally, Intra-EU or internationally by paper-free means.

Tradefacilitate identified the electronic invoice as the solution and thus automates the documentation process involved in international trade, simplifying the creation, maintenance and exchange of key supply chain documents.

Using The Tradefacilitate service, traders and their supply chain partners are linked together in secure on-line location entering key data only once such as product details, and shipping information just once. Through the Tradefacilitate service importers can submit orders to suppliers; once an order is accepted an invoice and all ensuing required documentation such as customs declarations, packing lists, shipping instructions and forwarding instructions can be automatically generated. As ensuing documentation is generated the relevant supply chain partners are updated. This allows importers, exporters, freight forwarders, carriers, banks and insurance intermediates to view and update a shipment’s trade, transport, and finance data in real time as required.

Moreover, by increasing the level of transparency and security of documentation in the supply chain, it facilitates legal and regulatory compliance with existing and emerging Trade and Customs requirements such as Advance Cargo Information required in CT-PAT and the EU Authorized Economic Operator programme (AEO).

The Tradefacilitate e-invoice is aimed at all participants in the cross border supply chain: exporters, importers, Customs, logistics providers, Freight Forwarders, Banks, Insurance and Ports, and is EU validated and developed on UNCEFACT and ISO standards, and supports AEO certification requirements which are part of the WCO SAFE Framework.
